Privacy is #1 concern of our clients of which we recognize and we are totally operating under the protection and preservation of the privacy rights of individuals. Our automated system process is designed to avoid human interferences - all messages come and go – simple!
ComfortText allows our clients to maintain multiple mailing lists free of charge and can also be updated from time to time by login to you account.
ComfortText has enlisted the services of top of the line companies to handle bill payments and personal information that are being shared with us. Under the arrangement, you can be rest assured that your information is secured and safe with us.
Your uploaded message goes out immediately from our servers. However, ComfortText strongly recommends that you upload your message at least 1hr before it is expected to be delivered to your mailing list. This is due to the delivery lapses in mobile technology and network of the carriers.
Your message is sent as is - there will be no human interference with your message. ComfortText will not edit any message or construct a message for broadcast on behalf of any client.
ComfortText is Unlimited as in Unlimited – But we highly recommend that you do not send more than one message in a day and 3 messages in a week to a particular mailing list. (We do not encourage becoming a nuisance with your Text Messages – Please do not abuse the freedom) Send only when there is a need.
ComfortText accepts enrollment through the Packages/Sign-Up page located on our website.
ComfortText reserves the right to increase or slash our charges at anytime taking many things into consideration. We will always be reasonable in all decisions we make that can affect our customers in anyway. We will always work with our customers.
ComfortText-through our third party billing company has various payment options. The most commonly used and highly recommended option is to have a Credit Card on file with us. All other options such as monthly invoice etc. can be arranged at the time of Signing Up for our services.
